FAQ's
- What do I need to bring?
Bring a diaper bag and bottle with your child’s name. Also bring any comfort items such as a blanket or pacifier, along with a change of clothes, just in case.
- When should we arrive?
Arrive 15 minutes before the service you are attending. This will give you time to check your children in and ask any questions you might have.
- Is there a check-in process?
All children will be checked in when you arrive. You will be given a computerized check-in receipt that you must show when you pick up your child after services. Your child’s safety and your peace of mind are a priority to us.
- How will you reach me if my child needs me?
You will be given a pager. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service the pager will silently vibrate and you can simply get up and meet us at the entrance of the children’s area.
- Where is the nursery located?
Follow the signs marked Hillside Kids when you enter the building. The nursery is immediately on your right as you enter the building. A volunteer will be there to assist you in checking in your children to one of our programs.
